Tickets should be purchased by a Kumamoto resident, but it is difficult for the office to check who actually attends at the gate of the match. That is, the office can’t officially say, “A person who purchases tickets doesn’t have to attend the match,” but the fact is that we can buy tickets for non-residents. We do hope you can attend one of the Kumamoto matches, though!) : )
