A must for Kumamon fans!
KUMAMON Square is located on the first floor of Tsuruya Department Store Higashi Kan (East Building).
Due to the concern about the spread of COVID-19, it has been decided that Kumamon performance will be cancelled “for the time being” (probably till the end of March).
Also Kumamon’s Birthday Festival planned to be held on March 14 & 15 has been cancelled.
Kumamoto Square itself is open for purchasing Kumamon goods.

Kumamon will be at KUMAMON Square at 3 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. And on Saturday and Sunday Kumamon will be there at 11 AM, too!
A variety of Kumamon refreshments and souvenirs are available!
